ARC Property Improvement Form

The preferred and quickest method for project approval is submission of an online Property Improvement Form. This approach works for many common changes. If your request requires a diagram or samples, e.g., a landscaping drawing or paint scheme change, you can attach it directly to the form. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the form and, if necessary, detailing any additional information required for consideration of your request. You can access the Property Improvement Form via your personal HOAguru account. Select the Login tab, then go to the Homeowner Login option.

Or if you prefer, you can print out an DHA Property Improvement Form (pdf) and complete it, then mail it along with the required supporting information to:
