Help Wanted to Do Good Deeds

From time to time, the Discovery Homeowners Association has the opportunity to perform labor in support of a neighbor or on the maintenance of public lands. We partner with the Comstock HOA to maintain the median flower garden at Rockrimmon & Delmonico Drive and we also maintain the Discovery Park Xeriscape Demonstration Garden on Pebble Way.

Helping a neighbor is another opportunity to help and serve. We have a history of accomplishing some work for property owners that may not be able to do it on their own due to physical or financial difficulties. Traditionally, all of this work has been done by Board members. But we have too many good neighbors here!

We would like to establish a list of Discovery residents who may be willing to help when a work project is identified. If you are interested in being a part of the potential labor group, please send your name and email address to

Being on the list creates no obligation for you. We will notify you of an upcoming project, date and time. Simply reply if you are available to participate. Our projects are usually one to two hours in length. The opportunity to work with neighbors is a good way to expand your knowledge of Discovery, make new friends, and help out!
