We are invested in the Xeriscape Demonstration Garden at the Pebble Way entrance to Discovery Park. We worked with Rockrimmon Elementary School, the Parks Department, Utilities Department, and many local businesses to design and renovate the garden, and now we work with the Parks Department to maintain it. We clean up and beautify the area annually...this year we will do some trimming and weeding, re-bury the drip irrigation lines, and spread some new mulch.

We need to form a work party of Discovery residents for this starting at 9:00 AM next Friday, May 25, and lasting 2-3 hours, depending on how many of us participate.

If you are willing to participate, please RSVP by e-mail to indicating that you may be available.

Plan to bring your garden/work gloves and favorite trowel and join us. This is a great way to meet your neighbors and contribute to the beauty of our neighborhood.

This is always fun and I look forward to working with my fellow Discovery residents.
