Yes, your annual dues are still only $30.00! Your HOA operates on some of the lowest annual dues in the Colorado Springs area. We are largely able to do so because of the neighborly volunteer spirit of our members, and the dedicated efforts of your past and present Boards of Directors.

Discovery HOA annual dues were due by June 1st, but payments from a few properties are still outstanding. Over 30% of our members took advantage of our new online dues payment option, and if you one of the owners who has procrastinated, please take a few minutes to take care of your obligation.  Simply go to the "Homeowner Login" page, enter your userid and password, and choose your payment method.
