Because there was so much interest, we recently added the capability for you to pay your dues on-line using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. We are using the same standard commercial transaction technology that Amazon and other retail sites use, meaning your transaction will be secure and your HOA will NEVER have access to any of your account information. You can simply click on the link below if you would like to take advantage of this feature.

Of course, you can continue to pay your dues just as you have in the past. Your annual dues statement has been mailed. You can still complete the dues statement form and return it to:

This year we are again requesting voluntary contributions to the Discovery Neighborhood Assistance (DNA) fund to help some of our neighbors who may be experiencing physical or financial difficulties with landscaping projects, tree removals and general maintenance of their properties. We also still need assistance with the Police Protective Patrols that we periodically arrange based on inputs and concerns from our members. While our suggested contribution for either fund has always been $20, some of you choose to contribute more... thank you! 

Finally, if you would simply like to contribute any additional amount to your HOA to be used to offset other expenses that may come up, you can do so.
